Wake Up Beautiful is committed to the highest standards of patient safety, ethical care, and clinical excellence. All medical services are provided under the supervision of a licensed physician in accordance with California law and applicable Medical Board standards.
Medical Oversight
Medical services at Wake Up Beautiful are overseen by Victoria Cupic, MD, who serves as the practice’s Medical Director. The Medical Director provides ongoing clinical governance, protocol oversight, and supervision of medical services to ensure treatments are performed safely, appropriately, and within professional standards of care.
Clinical Supervision & Delegation
All medical aesthetic treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals operating within their scope of practice and under physician supervision. Registered nurses and other licensed providers perform delegated services pursuant to approved standing orders and established clinical protocols.
The Medical Director provides regular chart review, supervision of standing orders, availability for clinical escalation, and periodic engagement in clinical operations to support patient safety and quality outcomes.
Clinical Governance & Quality Assurance
Medical oversight includes ongoing review of clinical documentation, treatment protocols, and safety procedures. The practice maintains formal processes for quality assurance, escalation of clinical concerns, and continuous review of care standards to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.
Administrative & Non-Medical Management
Wake Up Beautiful, Inc. provides administrative, operational, and non-medical management services only. It does not practice medicine or make medical decisions. All medical judgment, treatment decisions, and clinical oversight are provided exclusively by the physician-owned medical entity and its licensed providers.
Our Commitment to Patients
Patient safety, transparency, and informed consent are foundational to our practice. All patients receive appropriate consultation, education, and medical consent prior to treatment. Individual treatment plans are based on medical judgment, patient goals, and clinical appropriateness.
